How'd I do this week
~Run 15 miles: Not quite if I would have just gotten one more 4 mile run in. :(
~Start a Pretraining workout for my 1/2: I missed two runs the plan calls for 5 days of running a week that is a real stretch for me I might have to combine some miles to make it 4 runs instead of 5.
Goals for Next Week:
~Run 15 miles
~ No Caffeinated Beverages ( I have been having headaches and always seem to associate them with caffeine so I must need to cut back. )
